My name is Claudia van Zuiden and I am the Founder of Solution Ways.

To live a healthy and a meaningful life, we have to include, and look after, all the aspects of who we are. Besides being a coach and trainer, I have been practising Yoga and Meditation for over 40 years and have been teaching Yoga and meditation for over 20 years. Over the last 20 years, I have worked internationallyacross business, not-for-profit organisations, community-based organisations, NHS and the education sector
A bit more about Claudia van Zuiden:
Claudia currently lives in Tilburg, The Netherlands. Her background is in directing a retail business, in professional photography, and in mental health nursing. Claudia is a qualified Yoga teacher since 2001. She also has studied Buddhism for over 25 years and teaches meditation techniques to beginners and advanced meditation practitioners alike.
Claudia has an entrepreneurial background likes to help people to become more empowered and to find their Life’s purpose. Sh is the founder of several Community Projects
Claudia trained as a Solution Focused Brief Therapist at Robert Gordon’s University, Aberdeen, Scotland,UK. She has been working as therapist, coach and workshop facilitator in the Solution Focused Approach since 2002. She has given training in this technique in her own motivational, inspiring way in many countries. She also gets invited to speak about the 16 Guidelines for Life: Building Inner Strength Programme, about her work in Solution Focused Applications in developing countries and about Developing Compassionate Leadership.
As part of her philosophy in ‘Paying-it-forward’ she has trained students, counsellors and mental health workers in Nepal in Solution Focused Interventions Skills. She also gave training in the solution focused interventions in November 2012 at the Nepal Mental Health Foundation and had delivered post trauma solution focused supervision training in June 2015 in Nepal. Her aim is to bring this technique more to the awareness in professional and volunteer institutions in developing countries, where there is very little mental health support.
