How are you? Did you have a good Summer? I certainly did. I enjoyed the warmer Summer and it was so wonderful to swim in the water here in the Netherlands and abroad. I so love being in nature – it really nurtures me. As I eat vegetarian food, it was also great to explore some wonderful restaurants where I enjoyed some amazing vegan and vegetarian food too, which was so beautifully prepared. One of my favs was restaurant Raizes in Quarteira, Portugal and I loved the coffee and cake so much in the restaurant of the boutique hotel Quinta Do Mel, Olhos de Agua, also in Portugal. In the Netherlands we love our favourite coffee place in Muiderberg, called Kaffee.
I just wanted to give you a few dates for your diary. I will be in London, 1-2 October, co-facilitating a Building Inner Strength: 16 Guidelines Level 1. There are still some places available, you are invited to join us by signing up here.
The next course will be held in the Netherlands, 12-13 November 2022, and this time the course will be held in the Dutch language instead of in English. I will add the link yo event on here asap.
Another event that I am super excited about is also held in the Netherlands, 20 October 2022. It is also held in Dutch and it is a networking event where I shall we presenting a short talk about the Feminine Qualities of Leadership (not to be confused with Feminine Leadership). I started a group called Conscious Business Women Network and it is growing steadily in an amazing group of inspiring and conscious women who are sharing their passion and inspiration with the world. This event will be a morning event, where we will explore the topic of Feminine Leadership Qualities together and we will have an opportunity of networking as well. Next month I will write some more about events coming up in November and December. In the meantime, take good care of yourself. We are moving into the last season of the year, where it is all about slowing down and nurturing. Do every day something that calms your mind and relaxes your body. I have a cold just now, which I don’t get often, so we have been going out getting some herbs from the wild and made our little brews. I made a nettle soup and nettle tea and also pine needle tea, and wowzer! It is such a pick me up for us. Please check first if it is okay for you to use it too, but it does the trick for me!
