Relaxation, Meditation and Yoga Nidra Sessions – Thursday Evenings – 10th ,17th and 24th May 2018
~ Time: 6.45 pm – 7.45 pm
~ Duration: 3 Weeks
Meditation has scientifically proven to help with stress reduction, increase concentration levels, improve sleeping patterns, and create feelings of peacefulness and happiness.

Beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners welcome.
The three weeks Meditation focus will be:
‘How we think creates our World’
The sessions will be held in the Meditation Room at the Golf Centre, which is located above the Restaurant.

How to Meditate: Peaceful Mind, Loving Heart – Saturday 9 June 2018
with Margo van Greta
As our lives get more complicated, it seems we need more and more things to make us happy, but somehow we never really succeed. The simple truth eludes us, that happiness is a state of mind, not dependent on external objects. True, deep happiness lies within us and we can tap this great source through meditation.
During this day you will learn basic meditation techniques. You will learn the definition and purpose of meditation, how to sit properly, how to set up a meditation session, the different types of meditation techniques one may employ, and how to recognise and deal with obstacles to meditation.
We will practice different types of meditation, and have space for questions and discussion. We do some simple body work to help our body relax.
For beginners and beyond!
